It’s Christmas time again so can only mean one thing… gingerbread! I love baking with Freddie, especially gingerbread. I don’t have one of those fancy mixers* everyone uses these days so when we bake and something needs to be the consistency of breadcrumbs that is achieved how my mum taught me… with your fingers! We got messy and everyone (cats included) ended up eating raw mixture but it was fun, plus they turned out pretty well.
